Problem:
You receive a "A Valid Decoder Could not be Found" error in InterActual Player when you attempt to play the disc.

Solution:
InterActual Player requires a DVD decoder to be installed and functional before it will be able to play DVD Video. If you are running the Creative Labs DXR2/DXR3 Hardware and are receiving "A Valid DVD Decoder Could not be Found" message when you launch InterActual Player, this is a known issue relating to the Hardware drivers for this player being too old and also due to Creative Labs' inability to create new and improved drivers for this hardware. Due to this problem, we are unable to offer support for the Creative Labs hardware in InterActual Player at this time. However, InterActual Player does support Creative Hardware users with the DXR2 hardware card through Direct Show when using the WDM drivers available from the Creative Website. (Please note: these drivers are not compatible with the DXR3 Hardware.)

If you are using the Creative Labs DXR3 Hardware under Windows 2000 or Windows XP, please contact InterActual Technologies Technical Support for assistance with setting the DVD Navigator in the InterActual Player software.

Please contact Creative Labs for assistance with Playback issues with the DXR2 DVD hardware.
