Problem:
You receive an error in the InterActual Player language file, IARESEN.DLL, when attempting to run or install InterActual Player.

Solution:
This error indicates a corrupted installation of InterActual Player, and can be caused by one of the following issues: - Improper installation of InterActual Player followed by attempted reinstallation of the software;
- Failure in the InterActual uninstaller, which leaves files behind in the C:\Program Files\InterActual folder;
- Running a non-destructive OEM recovery disc designed to restore files, which may disrupt InterActual Player's registry key.
The solution to this issue is an uninstall of InterActual Player followed by a reinstall. Please refer to the steps below to recover from this error: - Remove all discs from the drives, and restart the computer.
- Go to the Windows Control Panel (the shortcut usually resides in the "My Computer" window).
- Select the "Add/Remove Programs" icon or selection (this may vary depending on your version of Windows).
- Locate and select InterActual Player in the list of installed programs, and click the "Add/Remove" or "Change/Remove" button (this also may vary depending on your version of Windows).
- Close the Windows Control Panel, and open a "My Computer" window.
- Double click the icon for the C: drive, and then double click on the "Program Files" icon.
- Locate the folder called "InterActual", and delete it from this directory.
- Close the window when done.
- Proceed with reinstalling the InterActual Player from your DVD movie. If you wish, you may also download the latest version of InterActual Player from http://player.interactual.com and install it over the version from the DVD.
- The InterActual Player should now start up properly.
